Develop the scope, review the budget and identify the design, permits and selections the project needs. Agree on responsibilities before construction begins.

Coordinate the trades, track costs and review the work as it progresses. Bring decisions and changes back to you, then work through the final details at handover.

Geoff Myers started on the tools as a Red Seal journeyman before moving into senior project management. His experience spans everything from kitchen renovations and complex whole-home remodelling to multimillion-dollar, award-winning, architect-designed custom homes.
That experience now shapes Tribune Bay Builders: a small number of projects, trusted trades and careful attention to the decisions that make a home work.
The company takes its name from Tribune Bay on Hornby Island, a place with family roots. That sense of connection belongs in how a home is built, too.

Do I need drawings before getting in touch?
No. Start with what you have: a few ideas, photos of the house, or a set of plans. Tribune Bay Builders can help identify what information and design work are needed before a construction scope and budget can be established.
Do you take on smaller renovations?
Yes. The conversation starts with the scope, location and timing, whether you are improving a few rooms or renovating the whole house. Get in touch to discuss whether the project is a good fit.
Can you work with my architect or designer?
Yes. We work with the design team to understand the plans, coordinate the trades and carry the details through construction. If you haven’t chosen a design team yet, we also have established relationships with architects and designers we can bring into your project.
Where do you work?
North Vancouver and West Vancouver are the primary service area. Projects in Squamish and Whistler can also be discussed.
